A group of protesters block part of the Mexico-Puebla Highway before reaching the Chalco booth At Panasonic’s level, the protesters say they will not move from their site.

People are demanding a response from the prosecutor’s office regarding the disappearance of an 18-year-old young man. The last thing we know about him is that he was in the San Buenaventura Housing Unit in the municipality of Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico.

The missing young man in question is Johan Alain Hernandez Vazquez and the protesters demand the resolution of their case with the slogan “They took him alive, we want him back alive.” The blockade has also caused traffic chaos, as drivers heading to the municipalities of Chalco, Ixtapaluca and Puebla have been left stranded and unable to move forward.

Videos of the blockade have been reported on social media, where protesters have been shown blocking the road. Several social media users have commented on the situation, stating that the protesters should withdraw as they only make things worse.
