As part of phase VI of the Territorial Control Plan called Integration, he met with applicants for university scholarships to promote inclusive higher education, which opens the doors to young people from communities and neighborhoods.
Applicants for these scholarships must pass a course to reinforce secondary education knowledge, as well as the “DNA of poverty” and “Culture of Integration” courses, during a period of two months.
«We break with a history that took away their great-grandparents, their grandparents, their parents who could not study at university. Phase VI’s main objective is to work towards a more integrated society, with better professional training for more people, optimizing State resources.
