The National Civil Police (PNC) reported that in the Las Águilas neighborhood, in San Miguel, the Homeboy, from the MS13, was José Franklin Rosales Fernández, alias Waimer, who has several criminal records.
“This MS13 homeboy is José Franklin Rosales Fernández, alias Waimer, captured in the Las Águilas neighborhood, in San Miguel. “He has a record of illegal carrying of weapons of war and extortion,” the PNC detailed.
According to the statements provided by the Police, Waimer tried to hide the tattoos that link him to the gang but in our police system he is already registered as a terrorist.
“He is also a renowned extortionist of stores and businesses in the area. He will be prosecuted for illicit groups and sent directly to #CECOT,” said the PNC.
