Within the past day, a total of 27 drivers who got behind the wheel after consuming alcohol were identified, the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced. Of these, 13 were driving after consuming alcohol from 0.5 to 1.2 per thousand, and 14 were driving with more than 1.2 per 1000. Two refused testing. 12 drivers were found to be driving under the influence of narcotic substances or their analogues, four refused to be tested.
