The Attorney General’s Office of the Republic stated that this Friday the Prosecutor’s Request was developed against the alleged person responsible for the feminicide of a minor, which occurred in La Campanera, it is Edwin Mauricio Alvarado Lazo.
The Prosecutor’s Office requested the 4th Peace Court of Soyapango that this subject be kept in preventive detention while the investigations continue.
“The FGR has presented #Fiscal Request against Edwin Mauricio Alvarado Lazo prosecuted for the feminicide of a minor, which occurred in La Campanera and has requested the 4th Peace Court of Soyapango that this subject be kept in preventive detention while the investigations continue,” said the institution.
The accused was summoned by the 4th Peace Court of Soyapango, for the crimes of Aggravated Femicide, Rape of a Minor or Incapable and Aggravated Deprivation of Liberty.
Last Thursday, October 12, the National Civil Police reported the capture of the person responsible for taking the life of a minor girl in the La Campanera neighborhood of Soyapango, named Edwin Mauricio Alvarado Lazo, 50 years old.
