Seven records have been ratified by the world athletics federation, but not Jaroslava Maguchich’s in the women’s high jump. An interesting fact is that the time of Kenyan Faith Kipiegon in 1500 meters has been confirmed – 3:49.04 min, which was set shortly after that of the Ukrainian woman, who overcame 210 centimeters and thus improved the achievement of Stefka Kostadinova from 1987 at the World Championships in Rome .
All additional documentation on the record is likely pending, as well as the result of the re-altitude. It is mandatory in vertical jumps when there is a record. So in reality, Stefka Kostadinova continues to be the record holder at least until the ratification of Maguchich’s achievement.
