IT WOULD BE A COLLEGIATE BODY
In the discussion on the Reform of the Judiciarythe initiative will be submitted to the different parliamentary factions for analysis and discussion in the Federal Chamber of Deputies y local.
He said that we must seek the transformation of the figure of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in a collegiate body.
“This involves replacing the sole agent with an organ with five public servants: an integrator of the investigation file, two reviewers of the same, a member of the Internal Comptroller’s Office and another of the Human Rights Ombudsman so that the five of them could ensure efficient integration of the folders.”
This collegiate body would have to report the initial complaint to the control judge, so that he is aware of all the procedural stages and thus expedite its decisionhe noted.
He said that his initiative also contemplates that crimes committed by members of the new MP have aggravating circumstances and the sanctions are doubled. in order to inhibit the acts of corruption that prevail today in the offices of the agents of these agencies.
