The Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (Aemps) reported this Tuesday of the withdrawal of a batch of thermal water cosmetic ‘My Fresh Mist’ due to the presence of a bacteria.
The cessation of marketing has affected the lot 119C23 of this cosmetic intended for skin care after the microorganism was detected Burkholderia cepaciaa bacteria that can present risks to people with respiratory problems or a weakened immune system.
The measures adopted have been communicated to the health authorities of the autonomous communities, for their dissemination and appropriate actions.
