“Prema” team pilot Stolcermanis was second in the first race on Saturday, but finished fifth in the second race on Sunday, although he was the leader at one point.

The Latvian successfully completed the third race as well and threatened the leading position of British teammate Freddie Slater. It is true that after one of the overtaking maneuvers Stolcermanis lost his position and fell back to ninth place. Until the finish, Stolcermanis fought his way to sixth place.

Japan’s Hiju Yamakoshi (Van Amersfoort) won the race, while Slater was unbeaten in the stage, having won the first two races.

In the overall standings after two out of three stages, Stolcermanis is fifth, but in the rookie standings, the Latvian is the vice-leader, just a few points behind the Japanese Keen Nakamura-Berts representing the “Prema” team.

On October 5 and 6, the athletes will compete in the last stage at the Monza track in Italy.

“Euro 4” championship is held for the second year. American Ugo Ugochukwu became the champion last season.

This season, Stolcermanis also competes in the Italian “Formula 4” (F-4) championship, taking ninth place overall after five out of seven stages. In February, the Latvian racing driver represented the “Prema” team in the Abu Dhabi and Dubai stages of the “F-4 UAE” championship.
