Our 5-day training plan is designed so that you can do a workout from Monday to Friday and put your feet up at the weekend. However, if you have more time and desire to be physically active at the weekend, you can swap the days. Also important in Pilates is a clean and correct execution of the exercise. It is therefore better to do fewer, but clean repetitions.

Before you start, you should put on comfortable sportswear and grab a fitness mat. You don’t need athletic shoes for Pilates, you can either wear socks or be barefoot.
