Kochi: Director Karan Johar congratulates Minnal Murali Cinema and Tovino. Karan Johar said that the movie was very good and was a cult breaker superhero movie.
After watching the movie, Karan said this in a WhatsApp message to Tovino Thomas. Tovino himself shared a screen shot of the message on Facebook.
Tovino said it was amazing to appreciate director Minnal Murali, who has given entertainers of all time like Karan Johar.
Tovino thanked Karan Johar for watching the movie and congratulating him. Tovino said he was glad to know the film was well-received.
Minnal Murali Netflix was released on December 24 last year. The film was praised by many celebrities.
Following the release of the film, Minnal Murali topped the Netflix Top Ten list, beating Squid Games and Money Heist.
With the success of the film, Tovino has risen to stardom as a Pan-Indian star. Sakshi Singh Dhoni and Venkat Prabhu were among those who lauded Minnal Murali.
The main plot of the movie Minnal Murali is about Jason becoming the savior of the fox, who has a special ability to strike lightning.
Following the release, there was a lot of discussion around the film on and off social media. The character of Guru Somasundaram, who played the villain, was also much discussed.
Along with Tovino, the film also stars Aju Varghese, Mamukoya Harishree and Ashokan. Newcomer Femina George will play the lead role in the film.
