Recently, the story of this little dog went viral on social media for his bravery in stopping a pair of robbers from carrying out a robbery -with a gun- at a gas station.
The above occurred at 4:18 hours from the past August 9th at a gas station of the company Primax Located in the Comas districtthis in Lima, in Peru.

The establishment’s security camera captured the moment of the arrival of two subjects who approached a Primax employee, taking her by surprise.
At that moment, there was “Gringo”, a stray dog that passes by the site in search of food and who, upon seeing the assault, launched himself directly at the subject holding a gun.
By barking and confronting, the dog managed to scare away the two men, who saw their attempt to steal the day’s earnings from the gas station frustrated.

From streetwise “gringo” to “chief of security”
In gratitude, Primax decided to adopt the noble dog and even provided him with his personalized uniform and a badge that indicates that “Gringo” is now the “Head of Security” from the gas station.
The case of the rescue dog became a trending topic in TikTok and some created clips of the loin giving him recognition for his actions.
“Hi, I’m ‘Gringo’, the guard dog and faithful companion of Primax employees,” reads one of the many videos on the Chinese social network.
