The Veronese company has launched an irreverent campaign to promote Buondì Motta

The first controversy arose from the commercial in which a little girl was crushed by a meteorite. Now instead the Trunks shows a family gathered for breakfast dealing with a fairy who tries to transform the brioche with magic. A sort of annoying Tinker Bell, so much so that her family take turns killing her: crushing her with their hands, hitting her with a hammer or punching her with a boxing glove.

This time the result was a flurry of criticism directed at Bauli (the Veronese confectionery giant that also owns the brand Motta), with allegations of sexism and even to incite al feminicide (full article here).
