She is a warrior descended from an extraterrestrial colony who must face the Naytibos, alien enemies of humanity whose origin is a mystery.
Mix of RPG and hack’n’slash
Eve lands on what is left of Earth and loses the rest of her unit on the way down, but she quickly finds two companions who will help her on her mission. Adam, a survivor from Earth who is looking for a source of energy in the colony and Lily, member of a former air squadron which will serve as engineering support by manufacturing upgrades, skills and gadgets to improve your team. With the help of both of them, and a drone that accompanies her everywhere, Eve will find a way to recover her planet and return it to the human race.
The world of Stellar Blade is set in a devastated and post-apocalyptic Earth, with enormous science fiction scenarios where the protagonist will experience spectacular combats, full of intense and frenetic combos. And the game mixes the mechanics of a RPG with the frenetic action of hack’n slash in the purest Nier Automata style.
The video shows us the city of Xion, an enclave under the devastated wasteland of the Earth. There our protagonist will have to win the favor of the survivors, and to do so she can carry out multiple secondary missions responding to the inhabitants’ requests for help. These missions will take her throughout the wasteland and the Great Desert, places completely taken for the naytibos and for broken machines and robots. It seems that the game will have an extensive open world to deploy all these raids.
Stellar Blade
During exploration and quests, Eve can find supply stations in the middle of the wasteland. These stations become base camps where Eve can rest, but also buy supplies, weapons and improve her skills.
Stellar Blade becomes one of the great titles that arrives exclusively for PS5 in this first half of 2024. Playstation has also confirmed the deluxe digital edition of Stellar Blade, which will include the game, all booking extras, as well as an outfit for Eve, another for Adam and Lily, the astronomer pack for the drone, 2000 EXP and 5000 in-game gold coins. Reservations for the title will begin on February 7.
