PDI Perjuangan Issues Decrees of Support for Regional Elections
JAKARTA, Indonesia - PDI Perjuangan Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto announced that his party has issued numerous decrees of support for candidate pairs or candidates running in the upcoming regional elections. This statement came during a media briefing following the National Training for the 2024 Pilkada Winning Team.
According to Hasto, approximately 70% of these decrees have already been finalized. The party plans to announce the first batch of supported candidates soon, with the timing adjusted to accommodate the schedules of party leadership and prominent figures.
The exact names of the candidates receiving PDI Perjuangan’s endorsement have not been disclosed. However, the party confirmed that they will be revealed in three stages until August 26, 2024.
