While the initial estimates say that Apple will not make major changes to the iPhone 15 series, there are reports that the premium models will receive additional refinements in the form of higher quality materials, various adjustments and the USB-C connection for charging that may arrive later this year.
Based on these rumors and reports, the website 9to5Mac created new simulations for the iPhone 15 Pro model and, among other things, Apple is expected to switch to using a frame and body made of titanium, which is considered a particularly strong material compared to aluminum. It is also possible to notice that the frame has received a slightly more rounded finish on the sides, this to make it easier to hold and this will probably be the thinnest so far among the iPhone models in general, when estimates are that those who will receive the luxurious finish are the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models .
Another change is in the camera bump on the back where the lenses will have a new designed bump. Of the remaining 3, they will be updated with new sensors that will allow more light to enter the image. Apart from this, it is estimated that Apple may also incorporate an improved periscope zoom lens, but it is not clear if the two premium models will have a similar setup, since the report says that the iPhone 15 Pro model will have a smaller bulge.
Also in the simulation, you can see the USB-C input at the bottom and that the speaker grills on the left and right will have uneven cuts, which may contradict Apple’s uniform design philosophy, but the decision was apparently made due to space constraints. The reason is apparently due to the antenna lines on the left that prevented additional holes from being added to the speaker,
