Kilian Homburg is the name of this year’s winner of the XVI. International Gottfried Silbermann Organ Competition. In the final, which took place on Saturday afternoon in Freiberg Cathedral, the 23-year-old student from Leipzig beat Chinese musician Ryan Chan and Johannes Güdelhöfer (Germany).
