Winds with gusts of 40 to 60 km/h and dust storms are expected in Baja California, Chihuahua and Sonora, as well as gusts of 30 to 50 km/h with possible dust storms in Coahuila, Durango, Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, Tamaulipas and Zacatecas.

These meteorological conditions will be caused by low pressure channels in the interior of the country, in combination with upper atmospheric instability and the proximity of the monsoon trough to the southern Mexican Pacific.
