Just a few months after his divorce, entertainer Thomas Gottschalk has remarried. Ex-wife Thea Gottschalk doesn’t seem to be bothered by this.
Roman Gottschalk, the first-born son of Thea and Thomas Gottschalk, actually lives in the USA. But the professional golfer is apparently currently in Germany, because on Tuesday he posted a video from a golf club in Munich-Riedhof.
A little later, he published a photo with his mother. In the selfie, Roman and Thea Gottschalk are grinning happily and are apparently enjoying the good weather in Munich. Both are holding drinks in front of the camera; according to a brief explanation from the 41-year-old, these are probably beer and prosecco. Mother and son are obviously having a lot of fun together; Thomas Gottschalk’s second wedding doesn’t seem to bother the 78-year-old.
According to a report in the “Bild” newspaper, the divorce was also said to have been harmonious. The ex-couple are said to have entered the courtroom together in a good mood. However, Thea Gottschalk had made a few digs at her ex-husband just a few months earlier.
In March, a follower shared her thoughts on the Gottschalks’ failed marriage under a photo of Thea Gottschalk and her two sons. “Enjoy the time with your children and grandchildren. Somehow, life always goes on. Even after separating from a man who you supported for decades. I still don’t understand it,” wrote the subscriber. Gottschalk obviously couldn’t resist taking a quick swipe at her ex and responded succinctly: “I still don’t understand it either.”
