Kottayam : German Thomas Tuchel is the coach who brought the UEFA Champions League Cup to Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge after many years. With a change of management and a slightly lackluster start to the season, Chelsea repeated their history and sacked the manager. Then the German coach unexpectedly landed in Kochi while there were rumors that Tushayel would join many clubs. Two Chelsea fans were there to welcome Tuchel as he landed at Kochi International Airport in the middle of the night for a purely personal reason. Those pictures had gone viral among football fans in Kerala. But the German coach has clarified the reason for his trip to Kerala through an interview.
Tuchel arrived at a private Ayurvedic beach resort at Natika in Kottayam district. Tuchel arrived in Kerala on October 12. For the past four years, the German coach has been relentlessly pursuing his football career in Paris and London. Thomas Tuchel said in an interview to Malayalam Manorama and sports media Sports Star that he came to Kottayam as a break for them and was a part of relaxation therapy through Ayurveda. One of his coaching staff told me about Ayurvedic treatment in Kerala. Tushayel underwent Ayurvedic treatment in Nathika by giving up phone, TV and internet. It was 18 days of treatment. Feels like an energy back. Tuchel said in the interview that he will share this experience with everyone.

After Chelsea, he has not yet thought. Tuschel said he thinks his manager has received some phone calls about it after a rare few days as part of his treatment. At the same time, Tuchel stated that he cannot be the coach of England at the moment and that the English team currently has a better coach.
In the 2022 World Cup held in Qatar, Brazil, France, Argentina and Germany are the final teams. At the same time, the German coach does not rule out the possibility of England, Belgium and Senegal. In an interview with Sports Star, Tuchel said that his main focus at the World Cup will be the performance of the players he has coached. But the former Chelsea coach said that he is not going to Qatar to watch the World Cup. Tuchel stated that if he goes to Qatar, he will be surrounded by cameras and he is generally not interested in being in front of them.
Tuchel told Manorama that when he arrived in Kochi, two Chelsea fans spotted him and took a selfie. It was understood that there are many European football fans in India. But he doesn’t know anything about Indian football and still has a long way to go. Tuchel said in the interview that he heard that Kerala Blasters have a lot of fans here.
