The Third Oral Criminal Court of Santiago sentenced Enrique Hanson González and Patricia Henríquez Cortez to 12 years in prison, for the crime of qualified homicide as attempted against Pola Alvarezwhich occurred in June 2022 in Las Condes.
Along with this, the court determined that the couple pay the victim 80 million pesos for moral damages, “a sum that they must pay duly adjusted according to the variation experienced by the Consumer Price Index between the date on which this judgment becomes final and its effective payment; plus current interest for adjustable transactions, incurred between the same periods already noted.”
