Mecca: Those who do not perform Umrah can also perform Tawaaf (encirclement of the Kaaba). Hajj and Umrah security forces have announced that the first floor of the Mataf will be closed for Tawaf.

Those who wish to perform Tawaf without performing Umrah are advised to seek special permission for this. For this, a new icon called Tawaf will be included in the Itamarna and Tawakkalna apps. Officials said that Tawaf will be allowed during non-morning and evening prayers.
