Customers of an aesthetics and laser hair removal franchise – Ideal Centers – have found themselves without prior notice with the establishments of this chain closed, leaving thousands of treatments in the air among users who, in many cases, paid in advance. What’s more, in these centers they do not answer the phone and through WhatsApp they send a statement in which they explain the reason for the closure.
Some clients who were going to make an appointment at the beauty center for a session have come across a message notifying them of the closure of all the brand’s own centers. Likewise, in a note that they have posted on the establishments’ websites, they explain that the closure is due to “the economic situation that we have been going through since the pandemic.”

The management of Centros Ideal maintain that they have tried to solve this delicate situation in different ways with the intention of continuing with the company, but “unfortunately” it has been impossible for them.
Given the problem that many clients are left without pending treatments, they are in a negotiation process to redirect those users.
This franchise has approximately one hundred operating centers in Spain and about 1,500 employees.
