jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Soekarno Run marathon event enlivened the closing series of the 2024 Bung Karno Month commemoration held at the Senayan East Parking Lot, Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta, Sunday (30/6).
Thousands of participants have already packed in to prepare to go around the GBK complex area, where various communities and young people come from.
In addition, a number of members of the DPR and elected legislative candidates from the PDI Perjuangan also enlivened the event.
In fact, the Secretary General of the PDIP DPP Hasto Kristiyanto and ministers from the party with the white-snouted bull logo also took part in the running event.
The Soekarno Run itself was carried out around the GBK Senayan area, starting from the Senayan East Parking lot, around the GBK roundabout and finishing back at the Senayan East Parking lot.
PDIP DPP Chair Eriko Sotarduga and Ribka Tjipnating raised the starting flag which began at exactly 16.00 WIB.
Meanwhile, Wiryanti Sukamdani, Sri Rahayu and Hasto were at the starting line.
Before letting go, Eriko asked the participants not to push themselves because this was a fun run.
