It is recorded in the program that the Bill for Amendments and Supplements to the Law on the Control of Narcotic Substances and Precursors, No. 49-354-01-40, submitted by Provost Rosen Kosturkov and City Provost. on May 12, 2023 – for the first vote.
The second draft law, which will be brought to the attention of the deputies, is for the amendment and supplement of the Law on personal income taxes, No. 49-354-01-39, introduced by the Deputy Prime Minister Rosen Kosturkov and a group of Deputy Prime Ministers of May 12, 2023 – for first vote. It proposes that subsidies should not be taxed when they are below a certain threshold.
It is planned to present and discuss the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Tobacco, Tobacco and Related Products, No. 49-354-01-49, submitted by Provost Mustafa Karadayi and a group of Provosts on May 19, 2023 d. – for the first vote. The document proposes to retroactively submit contracts for the purchase of tobacco in the reference years 2016-2018. The reason is that these contracts should in principle appear in the register of tobacco producers, but since it has been operating since 2017, many producers do not were aware of this obligation and failed to present contracts for the purchase of the production.
The last item on the agenda (which may also become the first) is for the deputies to get acquainted with the Management Board of the newly registered Bulgarian Agrarian Chamber (BAK).
