The second myth about yogurt is that if you choose low-fat, then it is definitely healthy and safe for your figure. Not at all. Oftentimes, low-fat yoghurts contain a lot of sugar, which negates all attempts to reduce the threat to the waist. It’s the same story with yoghurts that contain fruit fillings – as a rule, this is only a dessert, and you should not overdo it with it, as with sweets. In addition, at the turn of the 2010s, a study was published in Europe, according to which daily consumption of low-fat yogurt by pregnant women increased the likelihood of asthma and allergies in their future children by one and a half times.
