At the ADEX-2024 exhibition in Baku, the company Improtex group presented three new armored vehicles.

As Day.Az reports on Tuesday, the head of the Improtex group mine clearance project told reporters about this Farid Abdullaev.

According to him, the ADEX exhibition has become a traditional platform for the company to demonstrate new products, and this year is no exception.

“At the last exhibition we presented equipment for mine clearance, and now we offer you a whole line of armored vehicles.

This year we present ITX-15 M, ITX-20-H, ITX-6-L. These platforms are designed to perform a wide variety of tasks. We are presenting not just an ambulance, but an armored vehicle with an MRAP class protection level that can withstand an explosive load of up to 10 kilograms,” he emphasized.

Abdullaev noted that the main task is to create platforms that can be adapted to the needs of the army and paramilitary structures.

“These vehicles can be used as personnel transport, patrol vehicles, command posts and medical evacuation vehicles. Improtex is committed to reducing dependence on imports, offering the most tailored solutions to the needs of the country’s military structures. Our priority is to provide local paramilitary structures, and then enter export markets,” Abdulaev added.

Let us remind you that on September 24-26, the Baku Expo Center is hosting the 5th anniversary of the Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition ADEX – the largest event dedicated to the defense industry in the region. At the same time, the 14th International Exhibition of Equipment for Internal Security, Security and Rescue, Securex Caspian, was organized.

The first exhibition “ADEX” was organized in 2014. The list of participants and the sectors it covers are expanding from year to year.

Over 10 years of successful activity, the exhibition has brought together many companies representing more than 50 countries and about 200 official delegations. Over the years, the exhibition was visited by more than 30,000 guests.
