“The first three radars have reached Ukraine and are being deployed in their operational sectors,” Blue/Yellow announced on Facebook. “The rest of the radars are being prepared for shipment and documents are being prepared,” said the organization that organizes the shipment of the radars.

“Blue/Yellow” announced at the end of April that all 16 radars have been brought to Lithuania and the first three are on their way to Ukraine.

However, due to a change in procedures, sending the radars to Poland was delayed. However, all necessary permits were obtained after Lithuania’s Minister of Economy and Innovation, Aušrine Armonaite, traveled to the neighboring country to help resolve the issues.

In Lithuania, during the campaign “Radarom” from the end of January to February 24, 14 million euros were collected, and 16 radars were bought for this amount – 12 stationary radars and 14 mobile radars.

In March, Lithuania organized training for Ukrainian soldiers to work with the purchased radars.
