Three people, including a six-year-old boy, died after their car fell into a river in Thrissur

Thrissur: Three people, including a six-year-old boy, died after falling into Karpuzha near Aratupuzha Shastamkadavin. Rajendra Babu (66), his wife Sandhya (60) and their daughter’s son Samarth died in Thrissur Cheerachi Yassoram Garden Srivihar. Sarathi (30), son of Rajendra Babu, was rescued by the locals.

They were going to attend a wedding. The incident happened on Monday afternoon. It is reported that while giving side to another vehicle, the car lost control and fell into the river. There was about 15 feet of water in the area where the vehicle overturned. Locals said that due to this, it was difficult to get the people in the vehicle ashore.
