Separate criminal files were filed against the perpetrators
41 grams were seized. hemp, 3 grams of heroin, a ‘clip’ of cocaine, 3 saplings and a precision scale
Three citizens aged 17, 34 and 48 were arrested yesterday (Tuesday, October 24, 2023) in Rhodes, against whom separate criminal files were filed for the specific offenses of possession-trafficking of narcotics and cultivation of cannabis seedlings.
In particular, the following were arrested by the police:
· of the Narcotics Prosecution Department of the Security Sub-Directorate of Rhodes, the 48-year-old because after a check and search of his residence, 3.1 grams of heroin, 38.7 grams of cannabis, 3 cannabis seedlings and a precision scale were found and confiscated.
· Of the Crime Prevention and Suppression Team (OPKE), the 34-year-old because he possessed a “clip” of cocaine, as well as the 17-year-old because he possessed 2.1 grams of cannabis.
The narcotics were seized.
The arrests are part of the special operational actions of the South Aegean Police Services to combat the spread and trafficking of drugs.
