Three years have passed since the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞́ 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐮 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞́𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐂𝐍𝐑𝐃) took the reins of power in Guinea, marking the beginning of a new era of reforms and development. Under the leadership of 𝐆𝐞́𝐧𝐞́𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐢 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐲𝐚, President of the Republic, Guinea has made giant strides towards transparent governance, a strengthened rule of law, and inclusive socio-economic development.
On the occasion of this anniversary, it is crucial to highlight the efforts made by the CNRD and its leaders, who, each in their own way, are working tirelessly to transform Guinea.
The 𝐆𝐞́𝐧𝐞́𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐢 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐲𝐚, the undisputed leader of this transition, has been able to breathe new life into a dynamic based on values: 𝐝𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐞𝐭 𝐝𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞́. With his clear vision and determined leadership, he led the country on the path of institutional reform, restoring citizens’ trust in the state and its institutions. His commitment to a prosperous and equitable Guinea is visible today through the many initiatives and achievements of the CNRD.
At his side, the 𝐆𝐞́𝐧𝐞́𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚, 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞́𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐆𝐞́𝐧𝐞́𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐞́𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 played a fundamental role in coordinating the government’s actions. In the field of security and justice, 𝐇𝐚𝐮𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐭 … 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞 distinguished himself by his commitment to maintaining order and security, essential conditions for the success of any reform. His leadership helped ensure a stable environment, conducive to the implementation of the CNRD’s development policies.
The 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐚̀ 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐞́𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐣𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐞́, also distinguished himself by his efficiency and expertise in the daily management of state affairs. By coordinating teams and ensuring the smooth running of operations within the Presidency, he enabled the CNRD to remain focused on its transformation and development objectives.
The 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐮 𝐎𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐡, a key figure in the executive, has been at the head of a government committed to the well-being of Guinean citizens. Under his leadership, several reforms have been initiated and successfully implemented, translating the CNRD’s vision into concrete actions on the ground. His effective management and relentless commitment are driving forces in the ongoing transformation process.
One of the most significant achievements of these three years is undoubtedly the progress made in the implementation of the 2018-2019 Strategic Plan 𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 across the country. These projects, initiated under the close supervision of 𝐥𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐔𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐃𝐍𝐕𝐔) and under the leadership of 𝐝𝐮 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐮𝐱 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨, demonstrate the CNRD’s commitment to improving Guinea’s infrastructure. Thus, at the dawn of its third year, the CNRD continues to lay the foundations for a modern, prosperous and stable Guinea. 𝐋𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐆𝐞́𝐧𝐞́𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐢 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐲𝐚, are a demonstration of what can be achieved when political will is combined with a clear vision and a deep commitment to the well-being of the people.
