Kochi: The Thrikkakkara by-election campaign came to an end in a festive mood. Today is the last silent attempt to make room in the minds of the people of Thrikkakara. Voting is tomorrow. Three votes will be counted.

Hours of noise at Palarivattom, the meeting place for the culmination of the campaign, stopped at 6 pm yesterday. The hours of excitement were over with the chanting, chanting and chanting.
