Idukki: IAS Association strongly criticized MLA MM Mani for his thug remark against Devikulam sub collector Rahul Krishna Sharma. The IAS Association filed a complaint against Mani to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. Last day, the MLA made abusive remarks against the collector.
According to the complaint filed by the association, MM Mani’s thuggish remark is demoralizing to the officer. Remarks MM Mani should be withdrawn. Do not repeat such remarks again. The complaint also demanded that the Chief Minister should intervene in this regard.
MM Mani’s abusive remarks were made while speaking at the inauguration of the protest program organized by the CPM. When he said that the Chief Minister had instructed to stop the proceedings related to Bhupativ Act, Mani’s remark was that the Devikulam sub-collector is a rogue who said that it is enough for the Chief Minister to give a Maidan speech.
