Thugs of Kumari District Review: Action Action Block; Is this “Prison Break” thriller appealing? | Kumari Mavattathin Thugs: Does this Prison Break thriller impress?

by time news

There is no such thing as a plan to escape from prison that is not seen or heard anywhere. Could have added some more clever stuff to it. From time to time ‘how is this possible?’ Logical questions also arise. Adding some characters in a rush in the final stages of the project is also not believable.

Beyond these flaws, it’s the film’s making that keeps us on the edge of our seats. Cinematographer Priyesh Gurusamy, cinematographer Praveen Antony, stunt choreography, Rajasekhar and Phoenix Prabhu have worked in competition to improve each scene. Their work shines in the film, which has a lot of night scenes, mostly set in one location. Special kudos to the way the stunts are presented!

Another major plus for the film is the music by Sam.CS. His background music plays an important role in conveying the excitement of the screen to us, the audience, even if it seems to overdo it here and there. Whenever the plot stagnates somewhere in the second half, it is these people behind the scenes who save the film.
