Thursday meeting of the Governing Council
Rabat – A Government Council will be held on Thursday, under the chairmanship of head of government Aziz Akhannouch, indicates a press release from his department.
At the start of this meeting, the council will examine four draft decrees, the first of which relates to the application of certain provisions of the law relating to the creation of territorial health groups, the second relates to the implementation of the law on the creation of the Moroccan Agency for Medicines and Health Products, while the third concerns the application of certain provisions of the law relating to the creation of the Moroccan Agency for Blood and its Derivatives.
The council will also examine a draft decree modifying the decree implementing the law relating to the exercise of craft activities.
It will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to higher functions, in accordance with article 92 of the Constitution.
