The council will subsequently examine a series of draft decrees modifying the texts relating to the special status of the interministerial body of administrators, the special status of the interministerial body of engineers and architects, the special status of the interministerial body of editors, the specific compensation regime to the interministerial body of technicians, to the special status of the interministerial body of administrative assistants, as well as to the special status of the interministerial body of assistant technicians.
It will also study draft decrees modifying the texts relating to the special status of the interministerial body of trainers in professional training establishments, to the compensation regime specific to certain civil servants of public administrations, to the institution of an administrative hierarchy allowance in favor of personnel and executives of central administration, personnel common to public administrations and personnel of specific executives of certain ministerial departments, and the special status of the body of the general inspectorate of finances.
These are also draft decrees modifying texts relating to the special statuses of civil servants of the House of Representatives and the House of Advisors, to the special status of the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, to the institution of ‘a body of legal advisors to administrations within the General Secretariat of the Government, to determine the compensation and benefits allocated to magistrates of the first, second and third grades, compensation and benefits granted to magistrates of exceptional and excellent grades and allowances and benefits intended for magistrates outside the scale, as well as the special status of the secretariat-registry body.
The projects also modify the texts relating to the special status of civil servants of the prison and reintegration administration, the special status of personnel of the Superior Council of the Judicial Authority, the special status of civil servants of the Customs and Indirect Tax Administration , the setting of compensation and benefits granted to magistrates of financial jurisdictions, the special status of the staff of the Competition Council, the establishment of a higher position of research manager within the various ministerial departments, as well as to the special status of the body of labor inspectors.
The modification also concerns the special status of national security personnel, the terms of application of the provisions of the special status of personnel of the auxiliary forces, the special status of civil protection personnel and doctors working at the general directorate of the civil protection and external services relating thereto, the fixing of the ranks of military personnel benefiting from the status of employees of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), the pay system, food and travel expenses of military personnel with progressive special pay of the FAR and the rules administration and accounting relating thereto, in addition to the special status of the staff of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs.
The council will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to higher functions, in accordance with article 92 of the Constitution.
