“After working with a lawyer, I think I need to speak up to protect my honor as well as help the audience understand the situation correctly,” the actress affirmed.

Regarding the information that the crew of Buoc Chuoc had to take a long break to wait for Thuy Anh to continue filming, the actress responded that she followed the producer’s request, removing the stitches early to return to the studio on the morning of August 20.
“On August 13, I informed the doctor about the appointment to remove the stitches on August 20 and got Ms. Thuy’s consent. On August 16, Ms. Thuy asked me to be there at exactly 9am on August 20 for filming or she would sue me. There was no way I could have removed the stitches in Ho Chi Minh City on the morning of August 20 but be in Phu Yen at 9am to film. But Ms. Thuy continued to pressure me by threatening to sue me in court,” Thuy Anh said.
To avoid any controversy, Thuy Anh then informed the film crew that she was ready to go to Phu Yen to film as requested by Ms. Thuy and the producer. However, Ms. Thuy said she would unilaterally terminate the contract, threatened to sue, and demanded that Thuy Anh pay a fine of 22 million VND and compensation of 20 billion VND.

I hope that I can sit down with the crew to look at the incident, share and understand each other.
