Tijuana, BC- After four defeats, the fifth loomed for the ‘Donkey Zebras’ but they managed to take the Ostioneros de Guaymas to overtime to prevail 82-75 at the Zonkeys Academy Auditorium.
There were only five seconds left on the clock and the home team was down 68-66, Joshua Webster was on the line with two penalty kicks. The first failed and the pulsations increased, for the second he made a fantasy play: he bounced the ball on the board to run and score the two points that made it 68-68.
Contrary to their previous games, the team led by coach Claudio Arrigoni raised the revolutions at the end and in the final five minutes they scored 14 points to only allow seven. Webster made eight of those points. that ended up making a difference.

In addition to Webster and his game-defining moments, throughout the 45 minutes played, William Spencer was a great contribution to the victory of Zonkeys with 34 points scored.
The next game for Zonkeys will be on Friday on the road against Caballeros de Culiacán. His next appearance in Tijuana is scheduled for March 24 against Halcones of Obregon.
