jpnn.comJAKARTA – Bunga Citra Lestari’s (BCL) husband, Tiko Aryawardhana, is confident that the alleged embezzlement case of Rp. 6.9 billion will be stopped.
This was revealed by Tiko Aryawardhana’s attorney, Irfan Aghasar on Monday (12/8).
“We have to be optimistic,” said Irfan Aghasar as reported by Antara.
According to Irfan, the case title of the alleged embezzlement case could not be proven.
Therefore, he is sure that the Tiko Aryawardhana case will be stopped soon.
“The object of embezzlement is where and the audit results have no evidentiary value because they are not independent and the calculations are not credible,” he explained.
Irfan explained that Tiko Aryawardhana as the accused had brought a number of pieces of evidence when questioned on Monday (12/8).
However, he did not reveal what evidence BCL’s husband brought.
