The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow sentenced blogger Konstantin Lakeev (Kostya Kievsky), who damaged the FSB car in an unauthorized protest, to two years and eight months in prison. Lakeev had over 810 thousand subscribers on his TikTok channel. Earlier, he repented of throwing snowballs into the car and hitting it several times, and also asked for forgiveness from law enforcement officers.

Konstantin Lakeev was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (deliberate destruction or damage to property committed out of hooligan motives, by arson, explosion or other generally dangerous method, or by negligence entailed the death of a person or other grave consequences). According to the court, 337,850 rubles were also recovered from Lakeev in favor of FGKU “Military Unit 44710” as compensation for the material damage caused.

On January 23, at a rally in support of opposition leader Alexei Navalny in the capital, an FSB Toyota Camry service car was blocked by a dozen protesters, after which one of the young men jumped on the hood, trying to break the windshield, and the rest kicked the body and side windows. As a result, the foreign car was seriously damaged, and the driver, according to law enforcement agencies, received an eye injury.
