A special evening, at the Verona Arena, hosted by Nek together with Carolina Di Domenico: it is “TIM Music Awards – La Festa”, broadcast tonight Wednesday 20 September at 9.30pm, on Rai2. A singing party with some of the most beloved Italian artists. Performing during the evening: Emma, ​​Diodato, Renga, Nek, Paola & Chiara, Levante, Mara Sattei, Ana Mena, Elettra Lamborghini, Ariete, gIANMARIA, Tony Effe, LDA, Alfa, Olly, Ciccio Merolla.

During the episode, the emerging group that won the TIM competition “Play with your band at the Arena di Verona” will be rewarded and perform on the stage of the Arena di Verona. After over 1,000 applications from all over Italy, the 15 best companies were selected by the public and the TIM jury, which were then evaluated by a jury of experts in the music sector composed of Gino Castaldo, Carlo Conti, Leonardo De Amicis, Carolina Di Domenico , Carlo Di Francesco, Nek, Francesco Renga and Lele Spedicato.

In continuity with the musical events of 2023, Rai Pubblicità has proposed an integrated partnership model to TIM – title sponsor – and Citroën, through an ad hoc cross-media path that embraces all media – TV, radio, digital, social and territory.

TIM, for the second year, is the title sponsor of the event and animated the TIM Music Awards with content and live links from the TIM Data Room, set up for the occasion in the backstage of the Verona Arena.

The TIM Music Awards, as well as the recent TIM Summer Hits, are part of the Group’s communication campaign ‘La Forza delle Connessioni’ which aims to underline the importance of connectivity which becomes a human relationship and helps to get closer, to overcome distances and to find strength and motivation to carry out increasingly ambitious projects just like music and large live events.

For the first year, Citroën will sponsor the awards for Italian music with the important brand activism initiative RispetAMI. Always close to people and their values, with this project the brand has been working for more than a year now to promote a culture against bullying and cyber-bullying among young people. The protagonist of the scene is the little 100% electric Citroen AMI that can be driven from 14 years of age. Spectators present at the Arena will receive a booklet with the anti-bullying decalogue and the chance to win the rental of an AMI for six months. Furthermore, she will be the protagonist of the Arena with the presence of the brand in the spaces of Rai Radio2. Rai Radio2 and Radio Italia Solomusicaitaliana are the official radio stations of the TIM Music Awards.
