Corona infestation has increased again in Tamil Nadu. According to a press release issued today by the Department of Medicine and Public Welfare: –
Today a new corona has been confirmed for a total of 30 newcomers, 16 men and 14 women. Out of these, only 9 districts, including 19 in Chennai, have reported infections. None of the 29 districts were newly affected.
Fifteen districts including Ariyalur, Dharmapuri, Dindigul, Kallakurichi, Nagapattinam, Namakkal, Perambalur, Ramanathapuram, Tenkasi, Tirupati, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvarur, Vellore, Villupuram and Virudhunagar have been formed without corona.
As of today, only 10 people have been admitted to the hospital in Tamil Nadu. There have been no casualties in any district in Tamil Nadu for the past one month. Twenty-four people have been ‘discharged’ from the corona infection. There are currently 231 people in treatment, ”it said.
