According to a press release issued by the Department of Medical and Public Welfare on the impact of corona in Tamil Nadu: –
Today, a total of 54 new coronas have been confirmed, including 28 males and 26 females. The highest number of cases were reported in 9 districts, including 35 in Chennai. None of the 29 districts were newly affected.
Only 8 districts including Ariyalur, Dharmapuri, Dindigul, Kallakurichi, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam, Perambalur and Tirupati have been formed without corona. As of today, only 13 people have been admitted to the hospital in Tamil Nadu and are receiving treatment.
No casualties for the 43rd consecutive day. Thirty-five people have been ‘discharged’ from the corona infection. At present there are a maximum of 507 people in treatment in Tamil Nadu, including 337 in Chennai and 56 in Chengalpattu.
