The Prime Minister began his duties with a field trip to one of the remote areas, as some call it, and began his visit to the health and education sectors, which are the two most important sectors where the most more of Jordanian society serving them. These two sectors are always the subject of complaints from citizens, due to the deteriorating quality of service or lack of human resources or equipment. This initiative of the Prime Minister is a positive step for which he is to be thanked, because he recorded for himself that he started his work from the field and not from closed rooms.
We hope that those trips and field visits will continue without official protocols, and that citizens will be heard directly and spontaneously, away from barriers and obstacles. We hope that it will depart from the tradition of starting meetings in closed halls with the same faces and personalities, including current and former officials, representatives, and so-called notables. Representatives meet with them weekly in the House of Representatives.
I also hope that the President will investigate the real reason behind the reduction or decline in the level of services provided to citizens in these government departments. I believe that the reason for it is the poor efficiency of some administrative leaders, especially those who reached positions by “parachuting” and the neutralization of real competencies and exposure to restrictions in their work, and it may even come to the point of persecution . them and putting pressure on them from an administrative point of view, and giving jobs to those who are in the cronyism group, nepotism, nepotism, and paralysis, and so on.
Mr. President, there are heads of administration who have served in their positions for a long time and have not been changed or updated. With all due respect to her and her efforts, she no longer has any modern ideas or vision to offer her institutions or departments. When she felt that she was about to leave, she began to prepare her friends, her group, or her acquaintances and give them high leadership positions at the expense of those who were more practically and scientifically competent than them, so that They would inherit a position or position after her, and destroy unspeakable administrative corruption in her circles.
Mr. President, as you know stagnant waters are incessant, development, renewal and modernization is an urgent practical necessity that cannot tolerate delay or procrastination.
Mr. President, clear the dust around you, and leave your office to the official departments suddenly, away from the protocols of the official visits, and listen to the employees in the absence of the first official and without being present, the words honest to hear. from them, and get a proper assessment of their leadership.
If you want to succeed in the field, start with the management, because it is the basis of success, development, improving the quality of services in the field, in its various forms, and attracting investments.
Mr. President, do not expect the Public Service and Administration Authority under its current leadership, with all due respect and respect, to develop the official public administration, because its president no longer has anything for administrative modernization after his long service in the. same position and in the same chair.
Modernization, development and administrative improvement require bold leadership that is neither complacent nor complacent.
May God give you success to fulfill your mission perfectly. These are tips that I hope you will take into account, and see positive results for your government. If you take it, everyone will praise you, because modernization and development are not a piece of cake.
