During the preparation of the two letters, the defendant made sure to touch all the items that made them up using only gloves or a bag she wore so as not to leave any traces that would lead to her identification. On April 25, 2002, the first letter was received by the Raanana College Secretariat. The contents of the letter were checked by a security guard and the letter was handed over to the police.

On April 28, 2002, the second letter was received by the inspection unit at the National Sorting Center of the Israel Post in Modi’in. On the same day, the contents of the letter were checked by a unit employee and the letter was handed over to the police.

As a result of the arrival of the two letters, the security given to members of the Prime Minister’s family was increased.

The indictment is based on a manuscript opinion, documentation of security cameras in which the defendant is seen allegedly preparing the two letters, documentation of her activities on social networks, various testimonies collected and additional evidence. The State Attorney’s Office also notes that long before the letters were prepared and sent, for months, including recently, the respondent often published publications condemning the prime minister on social media, including swearing, blatant slander, harsh accusations, and death wishes.
