On Tuesday (Nov 22), the Mumbai Stock Exchange Sensex ended the session up 274.12 points and the National Stock Exchange Nifty up 84.25 points.
Asian Paints, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, Dr. Reddy’s Lab were gainers while Bharti Airtel, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Nestlé, Power Grid Corp were losers.
Stocks of Adani Enterprises, Adani Port and Special, Apollo Hospitals, Asian Paints and Axis Bank were gainers on the national bourse.
Axis Bank shares were seen higher, not lower, yesterday. However, shares of Bajaj Auto, Bharti Airtel, PPCL, Cipla and Coal India saw losses.
It is worth noting that the Indian stock markets have seen a slight rise today after experiencing losses for the last 3 days.
