Tonight, Sergio Rodilla, director of marketing for The Old Valencianbecomes the undercover boss. The executive poses as Jacobo, the son of an aristocrat whose father wants him to prove that he knows how to earn a living before inheriting the title.

Sergio infiltrates his employees to see if they respect the traditional values of the company, the historic ice cream parlors founded in 1931. Under this false identity, he verifies that some of his workers not only give away hugs, but also product if you are his friend. Others have more strength to break the counter than knack to put ice cream and others reinvent the menu to their liking.

For a week and without arousing suspicion, he works with an employee who, after being 20 years in charge of the same ice cream parlor, has acquired bad habits and retains customers in a way that is unprofitable for the company. He also shares a day with a worker from the bakery who proves to be a master when it comes to making cakes, cakes and other sweet and savory confectionery delights. But, since there is never complete bliss, the boss he is forced to prevent a cake from going on the market by not meeting the minimum requirements demanded by the company.

Sergio takes the opportunity to work in a Mamma Luisa’s ice cream parlor with a franchisee who, without consulting the company, has decided to create her own ice cream parlor to change all the imposed protocols; from reinventing the menu to exposing the ice creams on the counters.
