Al-Shorta Club concludes its matches in the training camp held in Egypt in the city of Alexandria today, Saturday, with a friendly match against the Egyptian team Zamalek, as part of the intensive preparations for the next season.

A statement by Al-Shorta Club, followed by the (INA), stated that “this match will be the team’s last in its training camp in Egypt before returning to Baghdad, as the coach and technical staff seek to test the players and their readiness before the start of the official competitions.”
He added, “The police team had arrived in Alexandria and stayed in the same hotel where the Zamalek team was staying, which gave the players an opportunity to interact with the atmosphere of the competition.”
He explained that “the friendly match will be held at the Farco Stadium in Alexandria at exactly six o’clock in the evening, and is considered the last rehearsal for the team before returning to Baghdad, as the technical staff aspires to come out of it with great technical benefits before entering the Asian Championship, and testing the plans and tactics that will be adopted in the upcoming matches.”
