Today, Tuesday, the Police team will face its Liberian counterpart, Fasil, in a friendly match as part of its training camp currently being held in Cairo, Egypt, which comes in preparation for the upcoming events.

A statement by the Police Club, followed by the (INA), stated that “the Police team continues its training camp in Cairo, where it has undergone three training sessions since its arrival, as the team’s technical staff has prepared an intensive training program that includes daily training sessions and friendly matches that the team will play during the camp period, in preparation for the Asian Elite Championship and the local league and cup championships.”
The statement added that “the team is preparing to play its first friendly match today, Tuesday, against the Liberian team (Fasil), which includes players from the Liberian national team, and one from the youth team, as the “Joel Sport” stadium will host this match at five o’clock in the afternoon.”
He explained that “this match comes within the team’s plan to prepare for the next season and the Asian Elite Championship, as the technical staff aims to improve the players’ readiness and raise the levels of tactical and physical performance before returning to official competitions.”
It is noteworthy that the Cairo training camp includes four friendly matches aimed at providing the players with more experience and harmony. The technical staff is also working on monitoring the players’ level and developing the technical plans that the team will adopt in the upcoming season.
