This evening, Monday, two matches will be held in the Al-Shaab Hall in Baghdad and Al-Hilla Hall in Babylon, as part of the first round of the Professional Basketball League.
The correspondent of the (INA) reported: “The People’s Hall in Baghdad will witness a match this evening between Dijlah University and the Popular Mobilization, while the Hilla team will host its guest, the champion of last season’s league, the Air Defense, at the same time.”
He added, “Two matches for the juniors will precede the two matches for the seniors in the accompanying junior league.”
He added, “The results of the first round matches witnessed some surprises, as the North Gas team was able to defeat the police with a score of 85/95 points, and Al-Karkh defeated Zakho with a score of 104/92 points, while Al-Tijara defeated Darbandikhan in the opening of the league with 80/73 points.”
